Youth Rising 6th-12th Graders

Flint River Presbytery plans many events for children and youth throughout the year to honor its members, churches, and to enrich the fellowship and spiritual growth of our membership.

Flint River Presbytery Youth Events require a ratio of one adult for up to every six youth. Seven or more youth requires two adults, etc.

All youth and adults must have a current Medical Release and Covenant Form on file with the Flint River Presbytery office to participate in any events.

Youth Ministry Team (Youth Council)

The Youth Ministry Team (Youth Council) coordinates programming and sets policy for presbytery-wide youth events. This Ministry Team falls under the supervision of CEN.

The Flint River Presbytery Youth Council is made up of students in 9th-12th grades that wish to serve the church on a larger scale.

Youth are selected and approved by each church session to represent. Youth serve for a two year term and can be reappointed by their church to continue to serve.

If you would like more information about serving on the Youth Council –talk to a current Youth Council member in your church or call Connie Fritz at 229-985-3158.

Churches should be thinking about their representatives at this time.
